COMMISSION DISCLOSURE
How we earn — in plain words.
You should know exactly how we are paid. Last updated: 23 October 2026.
Mutual funds
We are an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-94867). When you invest in a regular plan through us, the fund house (AMC) pays us a commission, mostly as a trail commission, out of the scheme's expense ratio. You do not pay us any separate fee.
The commission differs by fund house and by scheme. On request, we will tell you the commission we receive on the scheme you are considering, and on the other competing schemes we discussed with you.

Your statement shows it too
Your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) shows, every half-year, the commission paid to the distributor on your investments in each scheme, and the scheme's expense ratio for both direct and regular plans.

Regular plan and direct plan
Every mutual fund scheme also has a direct plan, which pays no distributor commission and therefore has a lower expense ratio. You are free to invest in a direct plan on your own. A regular plan includes the distributor's service and the commission paid to the distributor.

PMS and SIF
For Portfolio Management Services (APMI Registered PMS Distributor — APRN05229) and Specialised Investment Funds, we may receive fees or commission from the portfolio manager or fund house, as stated in their disclosure documents. We share the details with you before you invest.

Insurance
For insurance policies, the insurance company may pay a commission or remuneration as permitted by IRDAI. It is part of the premium you pay to the insurer; you do not pay us anything extra.

Share market
For share-market related services, we may receive a share of the brokerage that the stock broker charges you. Brokerage and other charges are always shown in the broker's tariff sheet and in your contract notes.
